For 2012 the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce is handling our applications for the LLAVE recipients.

Application

Please read the applications carefully since the AHCC application is a little different from the old LLAVE form. And do use the 2011 LLAVE application given by schools. Applications must be received no later than March 12, 2012 by 4:30 pm, including those mailed. Applications received after March 12, 2012 will not be considered.

Scholarships Applications:

• Opportunity Scholarship

  The Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce Opportunity Scholarships are for individuals who earned their high school degree or GED at least one year ago, and that demonstrate significant financial need and desire for post secondary education in pursuit of career goals. The Scholarship Committee will consider financial need, letters of recommendation, and a written essay. Download the application here. It is in PDF format.

• AHCC Scholarship

  The Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce scholarships are awards designed to provide recognition for educational and leadership qualities to graduating high school seniors that will be attending an institution of higher learning. The Scholarship committee will consider educational achievement, leadership qualities, letter of recommendation, written essay and strong financial need. Download the application here.
